Our truth is our own. Sometimes we get stuck in following social patterns or beliefs. This can lead to living life with fears and anxiety. In times like this, it is important to take a step back and align ourselves with our own truths. Being grateful for the positives we have in our lives instead of focusing on the negative. It is important to take this time as an opportunity to train your mind to be stronger, more resilient, and more equipped to be able to deal with things life throws your way.-Hick's Group - 3-28-2020
